2. About Our Services

Rainmakers of Omaha provides residential and commercial lawn irrigation services in the Omaha Metro area, including but not limited to:

Sprinkler system installation
Sprinkler system repair and maintenance
Sprinkler system turn-ons (spring activation)
Mid-season system inspections and tune-ups
Sprinkler system winterization (blowouts)
Drip irrigation and system renovations

Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic coverage within our service area.

3. Scheduling, Appointments & Cancellations

When you request or schedule a service appointment:

You agree to provide accurate contact and property information.
Someone 18 years of age or older must be available at the property at the scheduled time, or prior arrangements must be made with us.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep scheduled appointments. In the event of delays or rescheduling due to weather, equipment, or other circumstances, we will contact you as soon as practicable.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling us or replying to your appointment confirmation message.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless a prior billing arrangement has been established in writing. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Quotes provided are estimates and are subject to change based on actual conditions found at the job site. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed with you before proceeding.

5. Rainmakers of Omaha Messaging Program (SMS Terms)

Program: The Rainmakers of Omaha Messaging Program sends two types of text messages, and you choose which (if any) to receive by checking a separate box for each on our forms: (1) notification messages about your appointments and service, such as a notice when your technician is on the way; and (2) marketing messages, such as requests to review our service. Both are optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Texts go only to customers who provide their mobile phone number and give consent for that type of message — whether through our website, by phone, or in person.

Opt out: You can cancel at any time. Just text STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, text START.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
